• Ready to Wear shoes will be sent same day or next business day

• Custom Orders will be sent within two months from the order date

  • It does not usually take the full two months, I just like to give myself some room

  • Orders will be completed in the order they are received

• I charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping within the United States. If you are sending me your shoes for me to bead, you will be responsible for the shipping price to me and then I will add $10 for the shipping back

• Please reach out to me regarding shipping outside of the United States

• If you purchased a pair of Ready to Wear shoes, you may return for a 75% refund up to 60 days past purchase date

• Custom Orders cannot be returned unless there is an obvious mistake to the order

• All shoes come with a six month warranty

• If material begins to come off or beads become loose, I will fix them free of charge (you just pay shipping)

• After the six months is up, there will be a $25 fee (plus shipping) to fix the shoes up to 2 years past the purchase date
